Columbia County Public Library Kicks off 50th Anniversary Celebration

The Columbia County Public Library kicked off a year long 50th anniversary celebration with a reception on Thursday, October 9 in the original location of the library - the Lake City Woman's Club. More than 130 Friends of the Library members and community supporters heard a history of the library presented by James Montgomery and received commemorative calendars and bookmarks.
