Want Free Books, CDs, DVDs?

The Lee County Public Library System in Ft. Myers recently partnered with local stores to place "faux" library cards along side their gift cards. The cards promised "Free Books, CDs, DVDs, Internet Access and More". The back of the card instructed you to take it to any local public library branch to exchange for a library card.

I contacted the folks at Lee County and Heather O'Connell, Community Relations Coordinator, was nice enough to send over the press release and a faux card. You can contact Heather for more information via e-mail or phone (239) 461-2924.
