The American Library Association (ALA) has recently announced that several of their news sources are now available to anyone, regardless of membership status.
- American Libraries Direct, a weekly e-newsletter highlighting library news and resources is now available to anyone who signs up for it. Learn more.
- The current issue of American Libraries, the monthly magazine that is mailed to all ALA members, is now available for free to anyone as a PDF. You can also view the archives, dating back to 2003. (First-time viewers will need to install the ebrary reader to view issues.) Read more.
