ROI Study of Academic Libraries

...by the way of Stephen Abram's blog.

It is good to see a study of the "Return on Investment" for any library, but especially one for academic libraries (which I don't see as often).

In this study academic library directors were asked to demonstrate their library's value to the institution in easily articulated quantitative terms that focus on outputs rather than on traditionally reported input measures.
