A healthy volunteer program brings more impact that simply having extra sets of hands. When volunteers are recruited, matched, rewarded and educated, they can be a library’s cheerleaders. This session will cover the importance of making the best use of volunteers so that they can tell the library’s story to their friends, neighbors and, most importantly, to community leaders.
